[Resolved]  Axis Bank — sourabh soni-[protected] — amount deduct for demat account charges without information

Deduct amount from saving account on name of demat account charges and then not getting it back..

Requested for clarification on email (Dp. [protected]@axisbank.com) but problem not got resolved..

Everytime getting email reply problem will resolve in 2 days but then got no response..

1. Need money back
2. Want to stop my demat account immediately

FYI
i didn't get any call from Axis bank but received email only that amount will back within 5 working days..
i am available any time to receive call..
now waiting for payment reversal..
