Axis Bank — Stealing money and the agents don't know why I was charged..

I have been facing issues with the bank always deducting money grin my account and the agents on the puddings are not at all helpful.. Mine is a zero balance account and is there was a charge i would like to know the reason and when i am promised i would not be charged i believe them and then the next month there is a charge again.. I have all the chat an conversation from AXIS reps which proves they don't hesitate to make false promises.. And please be prepared I'm tagging all the chat and call recording to AXIS bank's social media pages I regret choosing your bank and thanks for the humiliation...
