[Resolved] Axis Bank — to cancel a insurance
I am sagar paul. My mom is mala pal. She bought a insurance policy from max life insurance through axis bank, egra branch. After a week she realized that she can't continue this policy due to the lack of money. So she wanted to cancel it. She went the bank and requested the bank employees to cancel this policy and refund the money but the employees misbehave with him and didn't do as she want. The last date of cancel this policy is 5th february 2019. My mom needs money.
