Axis Bank — transaction failed on edc want to recover amount from customer need contact details

I have a current account with axis bank ltd branch located at deedwana oli sarafa bazar lashkar gwalior a/c no. [protected] i have done a transaction on edc machine provided by axis bank ltd. But after the transaction the amount from customer have been deducted but the slip that comes out contains transaction failed due to which the amount have been send back to the customers account which i want to get it back from the customer for which i want the contact details of the customer kindly help me to resolve my problem
