[Resolved]  Axis Bank — uninitiated transaction

Dear team,

I have received following message yesterday, which says
Message 1 at 4:29pm -
Hello! Your a/c no. 034565 has been debited by rs. 118 on 25jun19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

I paid full amount in 2013, still it shows written of in my credit history, they are not removing it

Hi i'm using Axis bank account since last two years, Suddenly Rs: 600/-(Rs:108/- GST) were debited as it CONSOLIDATED CHARGES, what was it and can it was refund.?

I'd a saving account in Axis bank and it is deducted unusual consolidated charges (Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2500) very frequently, almost every next month, apart from this bank officers are not in the position to provide the bifurcation.
