[Resolved] Axis Bank — unnecessary brn fee deduction | |||
The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same. The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level. Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date. "hello! Your a/c no 967*55 has been debited by rs 1467 on[protected]. Available balance is rs 8680. 05 Info: brn-card payment" Call [protected] You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount. Didnt get any resoponse from customer care. I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around. Was this information helpful? | |||
