[Resolved] Axis Bank — unnotified dp charges (demat account charges)

Hello team I've been using axis bank for almost 3 years now and it's my salaried account too and inspite of complaining them again and again in the month of april (Every year) they always deducted dp charges from my saving account. Today (04/04/2020) again i received a message saying that rupees 885/-have been deducted from my savings account. Please take necessary actions towards them. First of all i'm not even aware of what demat account is and why are they deducting money every year.
