Axis Bank — withdrawal of amount 20,000 on december 31,.2017

I have tried to withdraw the amount of 10, 000 from Axis bank ATM on December 31, 2017 but there was no dispense of amount from machine, not even the machine asked CODE for processing the payment.The machine flickered and returned to original position But the message received amount debited. The same thing happens twice and machine not even dispensed the amount. i.e I have got debit of 20, 000.
