An amount of rs. 2000/- change - has been my account on 16th september 2017 saying it is a consolidated charges and gst 18% for accounts now i am having a savings accounts in bank so if due to improper maintaining of quarterly balance the amount deduct should be not more than 458/- so now plz help me regarding the matter or can i file a case against the axis bank in rbi, kindly help me. And return bank my money my account.[protected] siddipet branch telangana

There are so many complaints of the same nature already been submitted here. I hope some action needs to be taken and a valid justification if any has to be provided to the customer before deducting their account for any such charges.

My Axis Bank account was debited Rs 456.07/- as Consolidated DP and gst 18% charges. Why is it happened I don't know!
Why this amount is charged from my account???
Their customer care is not worth asking.They dont give correct information. Axis bank- Are you trying to make us fool or what???
