[Resolved] Axis Bank — worst customer service axis bank | |||
Hi, I opened the Current Account Months Ago in Axis Bank. Approx 6 Months Ago. I got my account activated in 30 days. But Still, I'm not able to use Phone banking as well as Internet Banking, Which causes me a huge loss as this account is my business account. I visited my Home Branch they said it's your phone issue change your Phone. I told them that I already tried it. But nobody is ready to listen. Again Visited another nearby Branch and they said its very complex and Only Head Branch can handle it. Head branch people just ignore they don't care if I sit the whole day in the branch. They are doing other things. and When I called customer care they said They can't handle the current Account department. Please visit Branch. No Body is ready to listen. This is the worst experience with Axis Bank. Such a poor quality support system. Axis Bank must be penalized to harass customers like this. They wasted almost 6 Months of mine.
