[Resolved] Axis Bank — worst customer support | |||
Sir i opened axis asap account for my brother i went to the bank for the kyc stuff and one of the bank employee is asking for adhaar card and she was shouting at me that you come to the bank again i will see you about your supreme court rule. As per the new rule passed by supreme court of india that adhaar is not mandatory for a bank account so kindly resolve my issue regarding that.. I was miss guided and missinformed about my loan topup, disbursement was delayed, interest rate and deductions not informed, was intial told 15.25% apparently it's 15.75%
