[Resolved] Axis Bank — worst experience with bank | |||
Hello there, One of my friend having account (Acc no [protected]) in your bank at ahmedabad. Today she checked statement and found that around 4300 rs cut by bank as a consolidated charges (I think it was for a not maintaining minimum balance as per new rule). But when you transfer salary account into saving account, you must need to inform customer first either in msg or mail. And when you apply charges at that time also you need to send mail or msg. Very disappointed service from bank. I also have an account in your bank, how can we going long with this type of worst service.
