Axis Bank — wrong amount deducted from my account | |||
Dear team, I have no sms alert for balance deducted from my account. We have received sms alert for balance saving on 15- sept 17. Then called to customer care and closed my atm card also make a complain regarding wrong transaction 10000 rs on 5- sept, 17. Visited to sect-62 branch axis bank and submitted dispute form. My customer complain closed due to with in 7 days make a complain but we have no any information or sms alert for transaction. We have registered my mo. No-[protected] and e-mail also ([protected]@gmail.com), not receieved any bank statement on my mail. So please credit 10000rs in my account..
