[Resolved] Axis Bank — wrong debit card in my saving account

My a/c with axis bank
Ghatkopar east branch
Need pay order for education purpose
Went to axis bank, ghatkopar east branch
They informed me tht pay order is free of charge but after 45 days they charged me rs.775 without my permission
Its a like a cheating
Without customer permission how they
Charged customer a/c
