[Resolved]  Axis — cancellation of one assist service and refund the money

Hi
Today morning (23/09/19) i've received a call from one assist service. Since i was in work am unable to understand them properly and also they were speaking fastly and i said okay to them and disconnected it. But then they have deducted 1399 from my account and then only i came to know about them, so now i don't need any service from them.
I request you to refund my money and cancel the one assist service as soon as possible.
