My credit card expired on 01/17 and have not received my new card. Last month I received a message to update my address thru app. I download the app and many times could update the details. Then I called the executive on phone to solve the issue for which they replied that our technical team has solved ur problem...a damn fake assuarance...axis bank finally made me fool...if I have not downloaded the app and followed old method I might have changed the address without problem..customer with loyalty will be ignored than culprits...so finally let me know how my problem is resolved...expect this time it is solved by knowledged person Was this information helpful? | |||||
