[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — amount debited from bank account but status of payment still payable.

Hello,
We have paid the amount of rs.6680/- online to the best electricity for the consumer number[protected]*4 on 4th december 2018. This amount has been debited from my bank account but i have not received the receipt of payment done and the payment status still shows payable on the best electricity website for the above mentioned consumer number.
