B. E. S. T. Undertaking — B.E.S.T. Undertaking Bank account debited but unsuccessful payment | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, On 13th April 2017, I have made twice paid a payment of rs.121/- using Canara Bank Debit Card on best undertaking online bill payment portal. My account got debited with INR 121 + 121 = INR 242/- but there was no update in the account. I got a bill of 350 which consisted 240 rupees of April and 121 rupees of previous month, although I paid that amount twice. Below are my consumer no and transaction details: Electricity bill for the customer no:[protected] Cheque numbers:[protected] and[protected] respectively with transaction dates: 13 Apr 2017 16:36:36 and 13 Apr 2017 16:34:23 Amount: Rs, 121 + Rs 121 = Rs 242/- Request you kindly adjust this amount in the existing bill. So that the bill for the month of April which right now looks Rs 350 ( 240+120) should be Rs 350-240 = Rs 110/- I'm also attaching a screen-shot of my bank account.
