B. E. S. T. Undertaking — bus no 608 not running at scheduled time table

Passengers are standing in q for more than 30 minutes including senior citizens and womens. Not even single bus is departing from kanjur west railway station. Even though buses are halted out side not ready to schedule it on time.in mansoon season it is more difficulty for senior citizens to stand in q for such a long time.
Please look into the solution rather than part of problem.

pehle mera bill 600 to 700 ata tha lekin last 2 month se 1000 se ziyada aa raha he aur kebin me sab wire bhi oppen he koi bi wire laga deta he uski vajah se koi bhi wire laga deta woter moter lagane ke liye plz help
