Dear sir, We are facing a power fluctuation at our hotel for the last one month or so and this has effected our fridges and air conditioners as well as the tube lights. Some official had paid a visit to our premises but that did not resolve the same and our sincere request for you to solve the issue. Our's being hotel we are getting customer complaints.
