We observe a gross discrepancy as our energy bill is excessive for Last three months. Our Bill amount is exorbitantly very high. This is In spite of reduced usage and can also be verified from previous records for year of the same month. While checking also it is noticed amusingly some neighbors have ZERO or reduced bill when the use is uninterrupted and regular..!
