B. E. S. T. Undertaking — frequency of bus in the morning of bus no 286 & 244

There is a problem at charkop. The frequency of buses not maintained in the morning. My daughter has to wait for half an hour at charkop gaon stop on 20/07/19 from 7.10 am to 7.40 am then had to catch rickshaw to kandivali station. Kindly look into the matter. U will have to find out whether it's done deliberately. Kindly post one inspector at charkop gaon bus stand in the morning.

After reducing fairs, why it is not applied to three month pass which is yet valid for two moths.?

At least passenger should allowed to take benefit of expanded stages
