Dear concern,
We have received higher amount of bill (Ca no.[protected] in spite of paying every month aprox 1100 to 1200. There is differentiation in current bill amount, total adjustment amount and no details of other charges given. There's nothing pending to pay & don't have much usage of electricity still we have received such a high amount of bill. This is not a single case our entire society members have received high amount of bills.
In such pandemic situation it's really difficult to pay such high amount bill.
Please recheck these readings and provide correct bills. Hope will get response asap. Find attached electricity bill for the month.
