[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — his number 59..not on time and behavior of authorities on complaints

Dear sir/madam,

You know well there is a single bus that runs to and fro from dadar plaza to bhakti park, wadala.

Now frequency of this bus as shows in internet is every 10-15 mins. Which means government has issued this bus for us public in every 15 mins.

You can check with any passenger standing af the plaza bus stand (Starting point), we have to wait for at least 40-45 mins everyday for the bus to come at around 6.00 pm. When we ask the blue uniformed officer standing right next to us at the plaza stop, he just tells us nothing can be done and we have no other option but to wait.

When we ask the conductor (When the bus comes after 45 mins) he tells us he is not obliged to give any answers to public and we need to speak to higher authorities.
They get rude while replying because they have no answer to give to our questions about bus being delayed everyday when govt has issued busses every 10-15 mins.
Please understand public can neither change the location of their houses, nor can change the bus in this route (Because there aren't any other than just 59 number bus).
Next time, i would be careful of not only recording the conversation had with the conductors and blue uniformed officer standing at dadar plaza bus stop, but will also try to make it viral in social media for the maximum public to know about it. Will attach the video on my next complaint here too as a proof.

On saturdays we have many a times, waited for even 1.5 hours for a single bus to come.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Respected sir
This is with reference to your email 24/02/2019 addressed to regarding irregular services of route number 59 during Evening period. While scrutinized the records for last 5 days, i.e from 21/02/2019 to 25/02/2019 it has been noticed that due to shortage of staff, some buses were detained during evening hrs. All other buses of this route were running “In Time”.
Simultaneously, we have given proper instructions to the supervisory staff and line officers to monitor the operation of route 59.

Our electricity meter box is tampered. Red light is blinking on that. Because of which we are getting more than consumed electricity. Kindly come and check the electricity meter box for any fault as soon as possible. We tried to register complaint but in vain.
Myself kantilal maghani ac no-[protected]has made a payment of rs1280 via net banking has not yet received any receipt regarding payment acknowledgment.
