[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — I have paid my bill twice

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400030

Last month I was registered for pay bill by netbanking online. But accidentally my mother paid the bill of Rs. 2111 in the electricity office. and same bill amount deducted from my account today. In short, I have paid my this month bill twice.
Can I get the refund or it will adjust in next bill amount.

Please confirm me what is refund process.
