I, T.Buddhanathan was in receipt of final bill after submitting the necessary documents including security deposit original receipt, under ref; V-1945185 dated 27/10/14. As on today, I.e., 8/11/14 I have not received the refund of Rs.1004/- from BEST.
There should be single window system since, the system of payment/receipt ought to have been fully computerised to avoid corruption and middle men for such payment/receipts in near future. In the absence of such transparent cfully computerised systems in BEST undertaking people r forced waste their valuable for getting final bill & subsequent receipt of refund of security deposits to customers after submitting all the required documents.
The procedure for such final bill & subsequent receipt of refund of security deposits by customers should printed conspicuously on the regular electricity bills also apart from display of such procedures near billing counters. Was this information helpful? |
