Respected sir/madam

I Mr. Deepesh ashok bajpe, son of Smt. Asha ashok bajpe (consumer no[protected] hereby to complaint you that i received my electricity bill month of July which was rs.13910 due to faulty reason. I never received a bill like with this high amount. Before two months i get the new electricity meter which was installed by b e s t staff

This has reference to the complaint about A/c. No.[protected], Mtr. NO. F973211 was replaced on 19.4.2018 by Vigilance department. However it was updated in the month of July 2018. After replacement since the meter was not updated in the system has charged estimated 245 units. In the month of June 2018 NIL units were charged. Hence after updation consumer was billed for 1348 accumulated units.

New meter no. D183123 was also tested on 10.08.2018. During testing meter found OK. As per consumer, Consumer had purchased new Air Condition in the month of April 2018, hence the consumption has increased. Mrs. Devika Bajpe was present at site during testing . She has been explained in detail .
