Hello the bill for consumer number[protected] has been wrongly sent The payment for the month of August 2018 has been duely made as on 17th Spetember 2018 However the same amount has been added to the bill for the month of September 2018 too. Please look into the same and and send me a revused bill Also make the changes on the best site to avoid delay of the bill payment. Was this information helpful? | |||

Undertaking Customer Care's response Sir, It is observed from the system details that the payment of Rs. 2060 is made on 17.09.2018 through PAYTM i.e. after due date of 12.09.2018. In our system payment made on or before due date is reflected in next bill and the payment made after due date is reflected in the bill thereafter. In view of above the payment will be reflected in the bill for the month of Oct 2018. However you may pay the current bill in view of the payment made after due date.
