B2X — delay by 1 month in fixing phone

I gave my google pixel 2 for repair on the 17th of january, 2018 to b2x through google support (Screenshot attached below).
My phone was collected on the same day of registration of my complaint with google, which was prompt and impressive. However, this impression did not last long.
When my phone was collected by a b2x executive from my workplace, i was told that it will be returned to me within 7 business days. For this very reason, i did not accept the spare phone being given to me by the b2x executive as i was at the time using my work phone and did not need one, assuming my phone will be returned to me by the 31st of jan.
On the 22nd of jan, i received an email with a detailed sheet with cost of damages in my phone that would not be covered by my google pixel 2 warranty asking me to pay up soon else they would return my phone to me in the same state without exchanging the device for a new one. (Google was not repairing my device, the were replacing it for a new phone due to some company policy.)

I completed the payment and did not receive any confirmation of payment which would naturally, get me worried as a customer if the payment has gone through or if they'll return a non-functional phone to me. Worried, i took a screenshot of my transaction and attached it in an email requesting confirmation for the same, to the same email thread that was sending me payment details. I did not receive any reply for confirmation. (Email attached below)

It so happens that i resigned from my job on the 31st and now did not have that work phone that i was depending on. I had already made at least 30 calls to google customer care and had not received much help from them, it really was starting to feel like a joke.

Then 9 days after being without a phone, i receive a relieving email from b2x informing me that a b2x technician will contact me to deliver my phone (Email attached below). No such technician contacted me for the next 2 days so i called google support again (For the 35th time now).
When google checked their sheet, it said that my phone has already been delivered to me, so i was put on hold by the customer care executive and added to a conference call with a b2x executive who re-confirmed the same. Now i was livid. There was so much confusion in their system that neither google not b2x could give me an answer why my phone status was closed. After holding on the line for another 6 minutes, i was told by the google executive that my service request has been closed because a sanction for replacing my phone had just been received recently by google. So now b2x was generating a new ticket number to deliver my phone.

I received a mail with the new ticket number on the 12th of february, 5 days ago (Email attached below for reference).

I have still not received my phone, even after a sanction for exchange. I do not understand why this entire process has taken so long when there was a simple device exchange involved in the first place.

Both google india and b2x india have been making me run in circles, begging them for updates, to hurry up the process with absolutely no help from their end. They were so confused themselves, there was no consistency in what the two companies were telling me. I have been extremely confused as to what the progress is with my phone and i don't care much for updates on what they plan to do next with all their policies, i want execution of the same. It should not have taken this long, it's really become a huge joke.

I paid a hefty sum of inr 9, 073 above the price of an unarguably expensive inr 70, 000 phone to still have no clue as to what the progress is. They say the customer is the king but i have felt nothing less than a beggar, perpetually chasing these two companies for any update or any help that they can provide.
Today, on the 17th of february, it has been a complete 31 days since my phone has been gone. And for compensation for the delay, google gave me a gift voucher on flipkart worth inr 1, 000. When i have spent almost inr 80, 000 on my phone, if they think a voucher for inr 1, 000 for such utter harassment of a consumer will suffice, they are not only making a joke out of this entire situation but are really insulting me.

I have been a loyal google customer for a long time now. I have been the proud owner of a nexus 4, nexus 5, google pixel and now a google pixel 2. But with this mentally scarring service from google, they have definitely lost a customer in me.
When you charge such exorbitant rates for your devices and services, you cannot afford to provide such laughable and frustrating service. This is no less than harassment.

I have never faced worse service from any other company and it's a shame that a multi-billion dollar company such as google is so unhelpful towards its customers and cannot outsource their customer care to someone who can handle it better.

I also want an exact date on when i should be expecting my phone and will not tolerate any further delay.

facing the same issue since past 1 month.
this company has taken my google phone for repairs last month on 22 July and asked for a fees ~7k which i paid. Now it's been almost a month and there is no reply from the co.
