Had placed an order with B4Basket for an outdoor cane/ bamboo swinging chair for which the cash had been debited from my bank account through the debit card on 15 Aug 2022. The offer was touted as an Independence Day Offer. To date no intimation about the product or otherwise. The bank has confirmed that the amount has been debited from my account. On the same day when the amount was debited, a representative from B4Basket rang to confirm details of the transaction. There has been no response from the concerned web site/ portal regarding the transaction and the mobile no has been switched off. Was this information helpful? |
