Bachpan Play School — correspondent is disgusting!!

Hi,

I had a horrible experience with the Bachpan School correspondent in RR Nagar Bangalore.

My daughter had studied in the playschool from Jan 2018 to Mar 2018.
The school was started in Jan 2018 and our daughter was the first student.

As we were not very satisfied with the school, we had shifter her to a new school and got admission for Nursery from May 2018.

Meanwhile, we had left few of our daughter's books in the old school and my wife went to collect the same. To her surprise, the correspondent was shouting inside the school and both the teachers were standing outside the school. She waited for 10 mins and returned home as nobody attended her and enquired anything.

After coming home, my wife sent a message to the correspondent describing about the same. Instead of asking an apology from her, he insulted her saying "As you are not part of Bachpan school, you have to call and come to the school"(screenshot attached)

The next line was "What happened at the school is none of your business"(screenshot attached).

Is this the way a correspondent has to address to a parent. And more importantly a woman?
We expect an apology from the correspondent and also he has to return our child's books.

In my opinion, this correspondent is unfit to run a school and doesn't behave properly with the parents who have left the school.
Ideally, Bachpan should hand over their franchise to a better person. Is Bachpan management not responsible for such a rude behaviour.
Truly disgusting behaviour!!!
