Bachpan Play School — Misbehaviour by Principal and her Husband, who is supposedly the MD of the school

My 2 years 11 month-old son studies in Bachpan Play School, Kesharpur Road, Cuttack for the last eight months. When recently I spoke to the Principal, Sefali, she told me that my child has not showed any development in learning and writing and is extremely restless in school. The discussion went on for an hour and when my son got restless and hungry, Sefali shouted at him at an extremely loud voice. I could not understand her behaviour because you obviously cannot except a 2.11 years old child to display good behaviour and sit attentively while being hungry. She explained that this is the way she "tames unruly"children.
She also said that he may be suffering from attention deficit syndrome and asked me to get medical examination done and then she would proceed teaching him.
I want to know if my son was not learning anything since last eight months, what was the school doing? Why was not this conveyed to us early? And what is with this shouting business?
