I had purchased two joggers from the website. However when i received the products - one was damaged and the other one had size and quality issues. I raised a request for return of the product and it was picked up within 2 days. Ever since i have been following up to know the status of the refund but there is totally no revert from their end.
I send emails almost everyday to which there is no revert. They do not reply back to social media posts.
It is ridiculously tiring to try and connect with them with no revert from their side.
