[Resolved] Bag It Today — Not giving refund of 13,999 rupees | |||
Hi, I have order a product " 10 Pendant set with matching earrings" on 22nd Oct. 2013. My Order ID is 56981. I have shared one time password of my credit card on phone ( [protected] ) with a person who called me after failure of internet online pay. After half an hour he called me again and told me that I'm second winner and getting a offer along with the product I bought. And when he asked me for regestration I said yes. Then he diducted 13, 999 rupees from my credit card using same one time password without my permission. Overall I was not cleared that this offer will cost me 13, 999 rupees which I dont want. Then after 1 day i got verification call for same product on which i replued NO. I need refund. And today 1 person called me from bag it today from this no. They were just tried to force to take that product or else no refund. But HDFC banker executive has supported me a lot and told me that we will bring your money back to your account. Please stay calm and do things step by step. Then I fill a fraudulent form in bank so bankers can proceed. Then I read all rules and regulations of Bag It Today website and got clue that in case of miss communication you will get refund after a confirmation call from Bag It Today, you just need to say no to that product. Then same thing happened and after some 15 to 20 days I got refund.
This case is close now.

pls help me to get refund cuz i'm thinking about to go for extreme ways. which is not good for the person who stick this 13, 999/- product to me. my no. is [protected]
