Bagga Link Motors — Cheating done by bagga link while selling car | |||||
I would like to share my worst ever experience dealing with Bagga Link Motors, which after that I would not suggest anyone to buy car from them : Firstly, When I Bought Car from Bagga Link Motor (136- Bhisham Pitaamah Roadmopp. Defence Colony Kotla Mubarak pur, New delhi) in September’16 there was an exchange offer going against old car of 20k as I was not taking that car on my name and was taking it on finance on my Company’s name they told me I can’t avail the offer because of the above stated reasons to which I agreed. Post that they have agreed on the value of 70K for my Old car, to which their insurance person agreed to pay 66k and rest 4K I was promised by him that I would be getting it from Bagga Link Motors. Then they gave me Final quotation of Rs. 4, 37, 392/- . meanwhile they have asked me to give a certain amount to book the car with them to which I paid 2000/- to them and booked the car., and also asked Bagga Link Motors that I would be deducting the amount which I have paid while booking from the final quotation and will give the Pending amount cheque which should be 4, 35, 392/- to which they replied that they will return that money back to me and I should give the Cheque as per the agreed quotation. I asked my company to pay them amount 4, 37, 392/- which was agreed and as per the final quotation through cheque, but when I got the final bill from the Bagga Link Motors there was a variance in the amount that I have paid them against the Invoice of amount Rs.4, 27, 848/-. Then I got a return of amount 11, 438/- from BAGGA LINK MOTORS through cheque which includes my old car balance amount which I was supposed to get from them and my deposit amount which I paid them for booking(4, 000+2, 000) . and according to my calculations they paid me extra amount of Rs. 5438/- extra. They spoke to my Company accounts department and they said we have given an extra amount of 7438/- and I shall pay that to my company to match the bills and quotations but here again I have paid 2, 000/- extra from my pocket. Its Been 6-7 months I am trying to follow up for all these things which they still haven’t clarified and few days back their executives came and told me there was a further discount of Rs.4000/- on the car when I bought. To which I was shocked to notice that cleverness of the company in order to earn 6000/- extra the amount of 4000/- they were supposed to return me against my old car from there side. but rather then giving me the extra discount which I supposed to get they have adjusted that amount in the insurance amount and paid me back in order to make that 70, 000/-. But they didn’t gave me discount, so according to my calculations here also I have paid 4, 000/- extra which I should get back. The Service of the Company is so Pathetic that from lower management to higher management, everyone I guess is involved in these goo[censored]ps and that’s why they are and not even bothered to answer the calls and listen to queries of the customers .I think it’s not a customer service oriented company, rather they are making me feel as if I am employee working with them by giving me replies that they are in meeting/ out of station. ALSO Their SERVICE CENETR also is a big issue- when I first gave car for servicing they in return broke my stereo power button and they took 1 month to repair the same. My CAR TIRE got damaged within 3 months of purchase and when I told them the same they replied that I must have drove car wrong, ( I don’t think I was driving on the hills staying in delhi with my car just drove 2000 KM according to the meter rating in car. I still have problem with the other tire of the car and I am telling them since long but as usual they are not listening, and I believe my car and its parts are still under warranty as per my knowledge. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THE NAME OF THE PERSONS TO WHOM I AM CALLING AND WERE DEALING SINCE LONG AND NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REVERT: R.K SHARMA (GM-SERVICE CENTER)- [protected] ARUN BOSE (GM)- [protected] SUNIL GUPTA (CEO)- DOESN’T HAVE TIME TO LISTEN CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AT ALL.
