I am an owner of a commercial vehicle, DL1R P6817 (Auto rickshaw), registration number 2621, and for its regular service I visited the service station of Bagga Link Services Ltd in Karol bagh, Faizroad, Delhi, on 15th July 2015, Wednesday, at around 9.30 am. I paid an amount of Rs. 1880 for the seventh service whereas I am entitled to nine free services, as mentioned in the the booklet provided by the vendor.
Their staff, including the workers and the supervisors, were reluctant and completely uninterested in entertainment of my complaints regarding the atrocious noise in my auto's engine and tires. Moreover they behaved quite rudely and completely discarded my continuous requests.
I see no option other than to file a complaint against them as I stand frustrated and helpless at this point of time. Kindly provide relief.
