I have received one phone call from bagitquik.com on dated 25th may 2017, behind the call mr kabir / rahul from telephone nos [protected], talk to me regarding offer of combo kit from bagitquik.com. At the amount of rs 10000/-. With assuring delivery within 3 days after the amount transaction, so i accepted the same and deposit total amount of combo pack on dated 25/05/2017, & 26/5/2017. And i have received order nos bqm[protected]. From that day i try to call but they only give excuses and they are not responding. Hence i seems it is a forgery case. So kindly register the case at the earliest.On Date:-04.07.17 as per discussion with company he said me to take a complaint back then amount will be refunded next 7 working days.so in Consumer Complaints I done my Complaint marked as Resolved after that Consumer Complainte said me to put some remark how you taking your complaint back so. I put that remark which company send me in email then from bagitquick.com Mr. kabir call me and said why you have put this remark kabir told me that you have to write that I have no problem with company I have get my refund back but I told him that how can write this I have not get my refund back so he arguing with me So kindly request you that again register the case at the earliest.and in email conformation he have given me in writen if you did'nt get the product which you have ordered you can claim for 100000/- rupees also so plz take some action
Note :- i have all the amount transaction details as well as all the communication details between us and is available with me, will be produced as and when required by you
