Bags Planet — non delivery of product | |
I have ordered one bag which is still not delivered and the links mailed from bag planet are showing errors. Order was placed on 28th dec 2017. There is no contact number to contact. Payment is already made. The product was suppose to be delivered on 4th january 2018. I am not able to track order status. Further i not able to find the website of bagsplanet online. Purchased product online but now website found fake.
I have ordered lavish cabin trolly set 3pcs on 26.12.2017 vide no.20810 and paid rs.2149. So far I have not received any information from the above concern. Please arrange to take action and send the items at the earliest. If not the amount may be refunded at the earliest.
