Bagsplanet — neither goods nor refund received

I would like to bring to your notice the fraud perpetrated by m/s bagsplanet through deceitful transactions in e-commerce.

I had purchased a set of travel bags from m/s bagsplanet on 24th oct' 2017 through their web portal viz. www.bagsplanet.com.

The payment was consummated through you on the same day via credit card transaction.
However, the purchased items were not delivered to me even after many reminders. Firstly it was said that i was not delivered because i was not present at the address. Then reattempt was done and finally because the goods were damaged the would give refund.

M/s bagsplanet, later started making false claims that the material was not delivered by the courier carrier and subsequently promised to refund the amount by cancelling the said order.

However, the paid amount has not been refunded even after sending many reminders. Infact, they have stopped responding to my emails also.
