Bagsplanet — non delivery of order id 17987 dt 22.12.2017 | |
I have ordered online asset of bag from the site called bagsplanet and it shows my product model no. Cbg102 & order id 17987 dt 22.12.2017 is dispatched on 30.12.2017. I did not get my order. I have sent several emails to them at e-mail ‘bagsplanet. [protected]@gmail.com’ asking about delivery of goods but no response so far. They do not have any contact no. On their website so unable to contact them. Please help in the reimbursement and request to action on them. Was this information helpful? | |

I placed an order in Dec for croc finish luggage bags. The order ID was 17256. However no delivery has been made till date. I informed vide E mail s it will be delivered between 07 Jan to 11 Jan. However I have not received the same till date. There has been no response to my E mails either.
