I have ordered a trolley bag set with bagsplanet.in. Order id is #20265 And the amount paid is rs 2149. Date of purchase 26/12 2017. Payment through instamojo. Payment id is mlojo7c26005n31338114. I have send many mails to bagsplanet and there is no response from them and no updates about the despatch. The date they offered to despatch the order is 2-4 jan 2018.
