[Resolved]  Bajaao — Apology for accidently placing order and cancelling it

Hey so I was actually in this music website named Bajaao and I was just looking and browsing at some Instruments.

Then I saw a guitar and I was curious what payment system they had.

So I just create an account and was going to the payment

I didn't pay it and I left it there for a while in the cart.

Then after some hours .

The people from bajaao started calling me and said that I had an order for the guitar in the cart.

I was so shocked how they managed to get my number since I did not even complete the payment.

Then after a while

I decided to create a fake account just to see what payments they had.

I had selected payment of cheque and thought that I had to write my information on the cheque online but

I didn't know that it had to be done offline.

So I just clicked ok and then a page appeared where it had said thank you for purchasing, or order confirmed.

Then I was so scared that I had done a mistake by ordering the guitar.

So all night I could not sleep and i decied to call them the next day.

But they did not pick up the call and I was so scared.

Then I found the cancel form for bajaao.

I had entered the details for the cancel form and waited for their reply.

After 3 to 4 hours

A replied from them came

And they said that the order was successfully cancelled.

In the cancel form I had also written that it was a fake account and I also apologised to them for my grave mistake.

I thought to myself

If the guitar is with them and I do not pay the cheque then no one loses anything

I had cancelled the form on that day because I didn't want them to ship the guitar to the destination and hence will not lose money over shipping.

On that day that the order was cancelled, i was relieved and happy.

But after a few hours I had a feeling that something was still wrong

So the next day I wrote an apology letter to them and waited for two days for the reply.

Then they replied, " Dear sir, we appreciate your concern . We would love to do business with you in the future ".

I was happy and that time and then was okay for a few days.

But then after a few days.

A thought came to me that what if they were angry at me for cancelling the order and about the fake account

And I thought that they will file a case and report me to the police

Scared of that, from that day to this day I am still scared for my life

And can't even sleep, eat or do anything.

So yesterday I wrote an letter to them through the cancel form and apologised to them for my mistake

And also told them that I hope you will not file a report on me for the mistake of ordering a guitar and then cancelling it.

But today I got a reply from them that they say the order has been successfully cancelled.

To my surprise I saw that the order id was different from mine.

And now I am scared

I have written a cancel form to them that they have cancelled a wrong order id.

Actually my way of writing on the cancel form was to apologize to them for my mistake.

But when they said that they successfully cancelled the order of a different order id

I'm starting to imagine what is happening with bajaoo.

Because I wrote an apology to them and they said the order was successfully cancelled.

But the thing that is still frightenong me and preventing me from sleep, eat and work

Is if they are angry and might file a report one me since I order the guitar and did not pay the cheque

In my thinking, i thought that

If I don't get the guitar and don't send the cheque because it was a fake account

The guitar stays with them and they are not scammed since they have the product with them and is not stolen or lost.

I had go through the terms of bajaoo and found that out that acceptance of an order will be by reply to the email or by delivering the item to me

But since the order was cancelled

I dont think that the guitar will come to me .also I didn't get any confirmation of payment on my email.

Am i safe?

I am scared for life.

Will they call the police on me?

The order is cancelled but I am still feeling scared and can't sleep for days.

I have received a reply from Bajaao and everything is now cleared and no problems anymore. Thanks to Bajaao for resolving this problem I wish Bajaao and everyone peace, happiness Thank you.
