First they are providing wrong products in the Box.. then NOT responding to emails.. 10 days has passed and my pick-up for replacement is NOT scheduled yet.

        I Placed an order for Electric Bass (Yamaha TRBX174) and Amplifier (Hartke HYDRIVECOMBO25 ) on Aug 3rd. The order number is 351095. The order was shipped out on two tracking number[protected]Electric Bass) &[protected]Amplifier). They delivered Electric Bass on tracking number[protected] instead and now neither Bajaao.com nor FedEx is aware of where is the Amplifier . There is no tracking information updated on FedEx website for tracking number[protected] from Aug 3. I have made repeated call to Customer care and they keep repeating the statement that they will track the package and once it is returned to Warehouse they will initiate the refund. They are neither delivering the product nor initiating the refund. The Ticket number raised with Bajaao.com is Ticket No:[protected].

              Bajaao.com Order No. 321877. Issue: I have order Casio Piano PX560 along 9 other products on 30th April, however I have received Artesia piano on 7th April, and after notifying to customer care team (Mr. Ronit) on same day. I haven’t see my correct order is shipped. I would like to escalate this casual attitude of incorrect shipment and not sending my product on time to me. Please note I have sent back the wrong product sent by your team. However my is still getting wasted. Is there any senior official out there in Bajaao.com who is interested to look into such issue. Please don’t answer that your customer care team would get back, as they never call back for any service request. They only call back for sending new invoice.

                  Purchased Epiphone Electric Guitar from BAJAAO.COM, product delivered on 1st January without Amplifier despite commitment listed on company website and twice verbal confirmation from Product Specialist. More than 2 weeks and no proper response from helpdesk. Have available call recording of product commited over phone. Further product was shipped with no invoice, no warranty card. No response from Senior Management - Sunil Singh (CEO), Ashutosh Pande (Founder & Chairman), Shawn Pereira (Head of Sales), Jay Srinivasan IPAL Funding Manager).

                  Thanks for notifying Bajaao as per status posted. TIll date there is no response from BAJAAO representatives or their Senior Management Team. It is disheartening that consumers in India are taken for a ride and there is no proper way to resolve the issues.

                      If anyone wants to buy any instruments I'd not recommend anyone of you to buy it from bajaao, reason I've been asking for help since few days but no one could help me out there's no response of my mails nor any customer executive tried to understand the issue nor any solution were given from them, they always disconnected the calls in midst and always transfered my calls and told me I'll receive a call from your end but there was nothing...

                      I had ordered my schecter bass guitar on the 4th of October, received it by the 10th. I immediately realized that there was a problem with the guitar. The pickup had a problem of a buzzing noise.
                      I told them about this by the 13th and they came back to collect the guitar by 18th.

                      Since the 18th I have been without my guitar, there after sales team has been so horrible in corresponding with me about the problem and I still don't have my guitar 22 days later.

                      They have not told me when I will be getting the guitar back nor have they responded to any queries of mine about compensation for such an inconvenience that they have caused.

                      Such horrible after sales service, I have never seen before.
                      Absolutely pathetic

                        I ordered an item from bajaao.com, and they are unable to deliver the product. So I told them to cancel the product and refund me the price. The order id is 275595. Ordered 04 Sep, 2020. The order initiated on 17th sept. They told the refund will reflect within 5 to 8 working days, but I have not receive any refund from them. Please help me with that....

                        I purchased an Ibanez IGB541 Powerpad Designer Collection Electric Guitar Gigbag - Gray and the product i recieved has started to break down after a few days of mild use.The cloth has started to come off and i am clearly dissapointed with the purchase.Clearly not what i hoped to get after spending 2500/- on a gigbag.I wrote a review in their site an they have not published it and i dont think they will and they have not replied to my mails yet.

                          They sent me a soprano ukulele bag instead when i ordered a concert ukulele bag. I have called them endless no. Of times in last 1 month. I feel cheated. Everytime they say they will exchange it and dispatch it in "48 hours", but they don't. They are playing with mental health of their customers and harassing them. They don't tell the truth.                             I ordered behringer cmd touch tc 64 controller. Prior to booking, the item showed in stock. I ordered and completed the payment on 13th aug. Shipment was supposed to be on 28 aug. The tracking status did not change. When i followed over mail to support team, i was replied the product is not on stock!

                              It's been a month i ordered an instrument and they didn't deliver it, they postponed delivery date 4 times and the customer service illiterates ' can't call them executives ' are so arrogant and rude when i asked them about the issue they said either wait or cancel don't waste our time. Those guys took my money and never delivered and saying amount reversal will take 2 months approx. Big frauds
                              They took money from me and wasted 1 month of mine, i want them to pay me for my loss of time. I want a penalty to be imposed on them when they take money knowing they can't deliver the product.

                                I bought a headphone from this website last year. It stopped working last week. I have been trying to contact them, but the customer service no. is always switched off, and no one is replying to the email. It is still under warranty for repair.
                                Date of incident, when the headphones stopped working was last week- 30th July 2020.
                                Date I first tried contacting them was 3rd August 2020.
                                I would like my headphones to be repaired...
