I had ordered my schecter bass guitar on the 4th of October, received it by the 10th. I immediately realized that there was a problem with the guitar. The pickup had a problem of a buzzing noise.
I told them about this by the 13th and they came back to collect the guitar by 18th.
Since the 18th I have been without my guitar, there after sales team has been so horrible in corresponding with me about the problem and I still don't have my guitar 22 days later.
They have not told me when I will be getting the guitar back nor have they responded to any queries of mine about compensation for such an inconvenience that they have caused.
Such horrible after sales service, I have never seen before.
