Bajaao — Korg PA300 keyboard received the product defective

Hi Prateek
I have received defective korg PA 300 Keboard on march 22 vide invoice SI-FY22-BH-6107 order no 388211 i have emailed my queries to Ronit who still has not responded to me via email and i have called over phone dated 8/4/2022 12:30 pm and asked for partial refund or full credit to my bank but still i didn't received any email on this please provide me with the resolution

Bajaoo's return policy is fake. They do not actually provide refund in most cases. They are not transparent unlike amazon. They are cheaters. Their bad Karma will take care in days to come.
