It's been a month i ordered an instrument and they didn't deliver it, they postponed delivery date 4 times and the customer service illiterates ' can't call them executives ' are so arrogant and rude when i asked them about the issue they said either wait or cancel don't waste our time. Those guys took my money and never delivered and saying amount reversal will take 2 months approx. Big frauds
They took money from me and wasted 1 month of mine, i want them to pay me for my loss of time. I want a penalty to be imposed on them when they take money knowing they can't deliver the product. Was this information helpful? |
