[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — agent faking and company not bothered | |
Hi, I went to renew and transfer my mahindra xuv500 car policy to a bajaj allianz agent name chandrashekar, tiptur (Imd code[protected] the previous insurer was bajaj allianz itself (Policy no.- og[protected]-[protected] so thought of continuing with the same. I am very much dissatisfied and the service is totally pathetic. I bought a used car and previous policy expiry date was on 14th april so on april 13th i went to renew it and also to transfer the owner of policy. I submitted all the required documents and even i paid the policy premium amount as per your agent quotation ₹30, 700/- he assured of renewal on the same day. But didn’t happened on the next day he told the vehicle has to be inspected so i arranged the inspection and it has been done by mr. Pradeepa s, territory manager, virtual office from bangalore. I waited for a week but didn’t got any update from the agent. When i contacted he took excuse saying that “the proposal has been rejected by the head office, i am applying for the new proposal and the vehicle has to be inspected again”. So again second time the vehicle was inspected by the same person pradeepa s again this time also i was fooled by your agent i neither got the policy nor the updates. When i contacted again he told “there some issue, the renewal is not happening i will try from the bangalore office”. I decided to give a last try. The vehicle was once again inspected, but this time by a third party Company (I don’t remember the name and person). This time also he failed to renew the policy and refunded the amount after 2 long months. I don’t know whether the problem is with the company or the agent. Paying the prescribed amount, waiting for 2 months, with 3 car inspections, visiting the agent 100 times i didn’t got my policy renewed. At some point i even thought to drag the issue in consumer court but maked my mind to inform it to the company. It’s been a month i wrote to the company regarding the issue atleast the company didn’t even had the courtesy to reply for the mail. How you people are going to handle this serious issue i don’t know, even though the matter is bit long i tried to explain it in detail. If the problem is with the agent i hope you people will take action so that other people don’t get fooled. Anyhow i got my car insured with a better insurer with much better premium and benefits that to within in an hour. I decided not to go with bajaj allianz again with my vehicles and will never refer the company to any of my friends and relatives Was this information helpful? | |

I have told the bajaj allianz to cancel my policy and cancel the ecs in free look cancellation but they are not doing it.

I do not ask for a health insurance polocy by your company your executive called for medical card worth rs. 693 but he done insurnace policy no og[protected]-00032351 kindly cancel this policy as soon as possible
