This is an irony, while our pm modi talks about 'new india', the fellows at bajaj allianz taking the digital india back to stone era.

Hats off to bajaj allianze.
Specially - amit chaudhary (Delhi service) & his third party goo[censored]p (Rajeev single)

This was my biggest mistake to shift my vehicle insurance policy from reliance general insurance to bajaj.

On 1st september, while going to office, i was behind a delhi roadways bus (Green bus) - suddenly, god know, bus driver has jammed that bus running from 30kmph to 0 within a second.
My car hit the commercial tempo behind the bus and then another car rammed me from behind. My car got sandwich in between the two.

I registered my claim & pushed my car to service garage (Prestige @ faridabad).

Its been 7 days over, still i have not recd the full clearance to start the repair activity of my vehicle.
Service person / case handler - told me that he is waiting for some initial picture (Before accident) from bajaj allianz company, that he not getting in 7 days span.

Pain :
1) asking me about the make of vehicle hot me from behind.- is it really mater & how you expect a person to notice which make of vehicle hit me.- as person would be mental disturb condition.

2) asking to log a fir / submit a affidavit for the accident : no one has told me this thing while taking policy,

3) irony, customer care tell - my query will take 24- 48 hr to reply.- mean another 2 days.

These fellows are still living in stone era - 7 -10 days look like their wake up time.

As i am a service person, struggling in bus & autos, but what hurt is, the delay in decision in approval.
Is their any lead time decided for it internally.

Be ready for the court notice in this aspect - as i have logged a pil & case to repay the 10 days allowance - that i am suffering because of the no-response from the bajaj allianz.
I think ; you people forgot - your salaries are coming from the insurance, that we are paying to you.
