[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — bajaj allianz sarva shakti suraksha - no reply from k suresh/bajaj allianz | |||
I have sent my all insurance documents to Chennai at TCS, TEK TOWER address for surrendering the insurance and closing the account. Its been 15 days there is no acknowledgement of the mail and there is no update from bajaj allianz. When called to customer care they have asked to send the document to the above address and for more inquiry they have asked to send mail to citi.[protected]@bajajallianz, Still there is no response from citi bank.
