[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Bajaj Allianz Two Wheeler Insurance Policy not issued, even after doing the Online Payment | |||||
Hi Bajaj Allianz, On 2nd March 2017, around 12 PM, I have tried to Purchase Two wheeler insurance from Bajaj Allianz Online Website using my Debit Card, when all the details were filled with the help of Bajaj Insurance Agent online, I had made the payment also through my State bank of India debit card, for a premium of 1281 Rupees. Amount has been debited from my account immediately, but the Insurance policy was not issued, and website redirected saying there was an technical error from Bajaj insurance portal... Then when i followed up with the insurance agent, he is saying that they have not received amount, but amount has been debited from my account and the transaction is successful.. towards POS BAGICL at Bajaj Allianz General txn#[protected]. Please help me with this issue, i need to get the policy for the amount which i paid, I am not recieving any calls from the Bajaj allianz regarding this issue.. I have the Reference number of the policy : 13362645. Later when I tried to submit a Complaint in Bajaj Allianz Portal, i was met with other techincal issue saying, Complaint cannot be submitted. So I believe except accepting money through online, no Other Page is working in Bajaj Allianz portal. Neither it will issue a policy nor you can submit a complaint.(Screenshots attached). I never expected this sort of issues from a very well known Top Insurance provider in india. Kindly help me with issuing the Bajaj Allainz Two wheeler Insurance policy for the Amount paid.
